Woman fighting for her life after three-vehicle collision near Calne
Driver airlifted to hospital as crash closes the A3102

A woman has suffered life-threatening injuries following a collision near Calne.
Three vehicles – a Vauxhall Zafira, Dacia Sandero and a Nissan Juke - were involved in a collision on the A3102, at approximately 2.45pm yesterday.
The driver of the Dacia, a woman in her 60s from Melksham, was airlifted to Southmead Hospital with life threatening injuries.
A child who was a passenger in the Vauxhall was taken to the Royal United Hospital with minor injuries.
The road was closed between Calne and Sandy Lane while collision investigators attended the scene. It reopened at approximately 1am this morning.
Police are urging any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who may have dash cam footage, to call the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 and quote log number 173 of February 26.
