Wiltshire Police appealing for witnesses after stabbing in Swindon
A man in his 30's was stabbed just before 6 pm on the 22nd of December
Wiltshire Police says they are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Swindon.
A man in his 30s was stabbed at around 6pm on the 22nd of December on Manchester Road and was taken to hospital. His injuries have been described as not life threatening.
Detective Sergeant Matt Gamble in a statement said “This was a serious incident in a busy area of Swindon. A cordon was put up sealing off part on Manchester Road while we carried out investigations. This has now been lifted.
“We would like to thank staff in a local take away premises and an ex-soldier who helped the victim.
“It has been reported that the suspect was wearing a balaclava.
