Two people injured after collision in Highworth

Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision in Highworth.

Officers were called to the A361, close to Crouch Farm, shortly after 7pm on the 23rd June.

A collision occurred between a white BMW motorbike and a black Audi.

Both the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, and his passenger, a woman in her 50s, were injured.

The man was airlifted to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with potentially life-changing injuries.

The woman was taken to Great Western Hospital by land ambulance for treatment for pelvic injuries.

The driver of the Audi was not injured.
