'We will continue this activity across the county'
Both of the arrestees were men in their 30s, with one stopped on the A419 and the other on Gypsy Lane.
The two suspects have since been released under investigation.
Sergeant Will Ayres, from Wiltshire's Road Policing Unit, said: “This was a great effort by all officers involved in targeting a multitude of offences to disrupt those road users, who are a minority, intent on flouting the law.
“I want to remind the public of the dangers of drug driving ... it severely impacts your ability as a driver to judge time and distance and you should never get behind the wheel of a vehicle under the influence of drugs.
“We will continue this activity across the county, to target those putting road users at unnecessary risk and ensure Wiltshire’s roads are safe".
Wiltshire Police is now encouraging anyone who is suspicious of someone else breaking the law on the county's roads to call 101.
If a crime is being committed and someone is already behind the wheel, the Force is urging residents to call 999.
