A Trowbridge man has been sentenced for breaking a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

36 year-old Anthony Munk, of Trowbridge town centre, was sentenced at Swindon Crown Court to two months in prison, along with six months in prison to run concurrently, suspended for 18 months.

He was also sentenced to carry out 50 rehabilitation activity days and 300 hours unpaid work.

Detective Constable Chris McLoughlin, from MOSOVO said: "SHPOs are put in place by the court, to protect the public from sexual harm. Their conditions assist in managing sex offenders.

"We will continue to manage these orders robustly and undertake more work that goes unreported. Munk received this order following a conviction for making indecent images of children, and the breaching of the order demonstrates a flagrant disregard for the law.”
