The family of a woman who died following a fatal collision in north Wiltshire have described her as having an “effervescent soul”.

Danielle Stevens, 29, died following the four vehicle collision on the B4696 Braydon Road, just south of Ashton Keynes at around 2.15pm on Friday afternoon (March 15th).

In a statement released via Wiltshire Police, her family said:

"On Friday 15th March 2024, our beautiful girl Danielle (Dannii) lost her life in a road collision, and we are truly devastated.

"We are lost and broken beyond words, as are Dannii’s gorgeous girls who have lost their amazing Mummy.

"Dannii was such a kind, caring and effervescent soul and brought all our lives into glorious technicolour.

"Dannii leaves an extensive family and many friends, too many to mention, and we ask for privacy in our grief as we try and come to terms with this tragic loss and shock.

"As a family, we wish to thank everyone for the outpouring of love, kind words and support which is giving us strength at this difficult time.

"We love you Princess - sweet dreams xx."

Two other people were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries, not thought to be life threatening.

Any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who may have dash cam footage, should call the Wiltshire Police Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 and quote log number 160 of March 15.
