Thousands of pounds have already been raised in tribute of a local legend... a cat.
Earlier this week, a fundraising page was set up in memory of Bob the Cat, who patrolled the shops around Taw Hill in Swindon
Organisers behind the drive say they're hoping for a 'plaque, bench, or even a statue'.
On GoFundMe, Claire Edwards said: "I am setting up this site as so many people would like a tribute for beloved Bob outside the shops he patrolled for many years.
"We are hoping for a plaque, bench, or even a statue."
Dozens of people have already commented on the Fundraiser, saying just how much of an icon the moggy was in the town.
Brett Bell said: "Whenever I visited Swindon to see my friend Marie he was always there at the shops to give a warm welcome and help me navigate the Isles in the local supermarket.
"I think a memorial to bob is a fantastic idea. RIP Bob. You are very much loved and you are missed."
Wayne Wheatley said: "I will miss you Bob.
"Friday's will never be the same anymore not seeing you on my way home. I'm glad we spent nearly an hour together the day before you passed, and you even snuggled with me for about 25 minutes."
