Teen grabbed by the throat and threatened with a knife in a park in Swindon
He had his bike stolen whilst in Foundation Park
Policed are appealing for witness after a bike was stolen and a teenager threatened on Sunday. At around 4.15pm a group of friends were in Foundation Park when they were joined by four others on electric bikes, wearing balaclavas.
PC Leo Koca said: “The second group blocked off the exits to the park so that they couldn’t leave, before approaching one of the teenagers and demanded he give them his bike. When he refused he was grabbed by the throat and threatened with a knife.
"Although no knife was actually seen, this was taken seriously enough that the bike was handed over.
"We believe the group headed off in the Octal Way or County Road direction.
