A man from Swindon has been jailed for sexual offences including against a child.
58 year-old Alexander Franczyk was sentenced to 21 years in prison at the Old Bailey yesterday.
Franczyk, of Pritchard Close, Kingsdown was found guilty by trial in August of multiple sexual offences.
He had already pleaded guilty to possessing indecent images of children.
The incidents all took place between July 2016 and May 2023 and involved two young victims aged 13 and under.
He will also have an extended sentence of five years once released, added to the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely and barred from ever working with children.
Detective Constable Sarah Pollock, from the Child Abuse Investigation Team said: "I'd like to commend these two young girls who showed incredible bravery at coming forward to report these crimes after suffering several years of abuse.
“This has been a deeply upsetting case and I hope they can now start to rebuild their lives, safe in the knowledge that Franczyk will now face a significant custodial sentence.”
