Four people have been arrested, after a 17-year-old suffered a serious stab injury outside a Swindon nightclub.
The teenager is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.
Wiltshire Police were called to the Tree nightclub, in Old Town, in the early hours of this morning (28th August 2021).
The disorder, which happened around 4.45am, also saw an 18-year-old man suffer an injury, treated in hospital, though his injuries are not described as serious.
Four people were arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
Detective Sergeant Justin Downes of Swindon CID said: "This was a concerning incident during which a young man suffered a potentially life-threatening injury. There were plenty of people outside the nightclub at the time of this incident - about 4.45am.
"We would appeal for anyone who witnessed this disorder to get in touch. We would also ask anyone who may have captured mobile phone footage of what took place not to share it, but to contact us as a matter of urgency.
"We would like to reassure the community that this was an isolated incident and that there is no ongoing threat to the public."
