Young man in hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed in Swindon
The 19 year old sustained multiple wounds during an assault
A young man is being treated in hospital for serious but not life threatening injuries after being stabbed in Swindon
Police say the attack on the 19 year old took place just after midnight on Thursday in Worsley Avenue.
The victim was chased by a group before being stabbed.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
“This was a very concerning assault by what we believe to be a group of males which resulted in the victim sustaining significant injuries.
“It is vitally important that we hear from anyone with information about this incident.
We would also urge anyone who was driving in the area at the time to check dashcam footage for anything that might assist in identifying those involved.”
