Man injured after Derry Hill crash

Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage

A motorcyclist has suffered leg and head injuries following a collision in Derry Hill yesterday (25/11).

At approximately 12.30pm, the motorcyclist was turning into Church Road from the A342 Devizes Road when he was in collision with a Renault Clio.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, suffered injuries to both legs and a head injury and was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

The road was closed for approximately nine hours for forensic collision examination to be carried out.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who may have dash cam footage which could assist our investigation.
