Man charged after vehicle caught speeding on M4 near Swindon

A man has been charged after officers stopped a vehicle speeding on the M4 near Swindon.
24 year-old Islam Rina of Maw Street, Walsall, was arrested in the early hours of this morning.
He was later charged with failing to stop a vehicle when required by police, driving without a licence and insurance and speeding – exceeding 70mph on the M4 .
He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on August 21.
