Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder
It's after the death of a man found unconscious in Swindon street.
This follows an incident in the early hours of Friday morning in which a man in his 70s was found unconscious outside in Overbrook, Swindon.
Police are appealing for witnesses or camera footage so that they can understand what happened.
The force say that detectives are keeping an open mind about the circumstances.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail.
He has since died in hospital and his next of kin have been informed.
