Man arrested after man cut with blade in Trowbridge

A 43-year-old man's been arrested after an assault in Trowbridge in which a man was cut with a blade.

It happened around 6.45pm last night in Park Road.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in police custody - the victim was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
