Hundreds of people have said their final goodbye to a teenage boy from Swindon, who died following an alleged hit and run.
On December 22, Harry Parker's funeral was held at St. Mary's Church in Rodbourne Cheney, on the same road that he was killed.
Mourners of all ages lined the streets as the coffin travelled in a hearse, before it was carried into the Church by the victim's loved ones.
Ahead of the service, some people were visibly emotional, being reminded of an incident that shook the local community.
Many mourners also wore football shirts, to honour Harry's love of the sport.
How did he die?
At around 8:20am on November 25, a car was involved in a collision with Harry on Akers Way, by the entrance to his school Novar Hreod Academy. The driver failed to stop at the scene.
The 14-year-old was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, but sadly died.
On the day of the incident, a 50-year-old woman from Swindon was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. She was subsequently released on conditional bail, pending further police enquiries.
'Harry was a cheeky chap that could light up the room'
Following Harry's tragic death, his father shared a Facebook post, in memory of his son.
"I have been really struggling to write this but I need to. This is something no parent should ever have to say. Our beautiful golden son Harry Parker was involved in a horrendous car incident along the horrible road Akers way.
"Unfortunately he lost his life far too soon. Harry will be missed by lots but no more than us, his family.
"Harry was a cheeky chap that could light up the room with just his presence. He had the biggest heart and loved to make people laugh. We are very comforted by all the support from everyone," he said.
An online fundraiser, opened after Harry's death to support his family, has raised almost £25,000. It's thought some of that money will be used in a campaign to make Akers Way safer.
Police are now urging any witnesses to the crash, or anyone who may have dash cam footage, to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597.
