Police appeal for witnesses after teenager assaulted in woods in Swindon
A 16 year old boy was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and released on bail.
A 16 year-old boy's been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent after a teenager was assaulted with a bottle in Swindon.
It happened between 7pm and 8pm on Thursday in Croft Woods. The teenager was walking with a friend close to the Intel Building on Pipers Way, when he was hit in the back of the head and face. He was then assaulted again with a glass bottle, causing a deep cut to his face which required surgery.
The boy has been released on bail.
