It's all change in the political landscape of Wiltshire in the aftermath of the General Election.

Labour have taken both seats in Swindon with Heidi Alexander defeating Conservative Robert Buckland in the South Swindon constituency for Labour. Meanwhile Justin Tomlinson was ousted by Will Stone, also from Labour.

The Liberal Democrats were successful in the Melksham and Devizes constituency with Brian Mathew winning. In Chippenham, Sarah Gibson won the contest for the Lib Dems, beating Nic Puntis with Reform's Benjamin Ginsberg coming third.

However, some MP's held on to their seats. In Salisbury, Conservative John Glen retained his seat, a position he's held since 2010. The Conservatives also held Cotswolds North with Geoffrey Clifton-Brown holding off John Hodgkinson of the Liberals and Anna Mainwaring of Labour.
