'Fail to stop' incident hospitalises cyclist in Swindon
Investigations by police continue following the incident involving a cyclist and a van driver in the early hours of this morning (June 21)

Wiltshire Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after what they're describing as a fail to stop incident on Whitworth Road in Swindon this morning (June 21).
The force were called by ambulance teams shortly before 05:45 following reports of a grey transit van and a cyclist crashed near the Thames Avenue junction.
The cyclist was taken to hospital, with the van thought to have left the scene in the direction of the Farmfoods supermarket.
The driver is described as a male wearing an orange hi-viz jacket.
The male cyclist has been taken to the Great Western Hospital.
The road was closed while investigations were carried out, with the closure being lifted by police at approximately 8.20am, with inquiries into what happened still ongoing.
Anyone with information is urged by Wiltshire Police to call 101 and quote log number 47 of today.
