Police have released CCTV footage of two people they'd like to speak to

Police in Swindon have released CCTV images of two people they'd like to speak to in connection with a theft at a jewellery shop.

It happened last Tuesday (26/07) around 3.15 pm at a shop on Regent Street.

A man and woman had entered the shop and asked to try on an engagement ring and a bracelet.

They then ran from the store with the jewellery, without making any attempt to pay for the items.

The man is described as white, around 6ft tall and wearing sunglasses. He had short dark hair and was wearing a black hoodie, dark blue jeans and white Nike Trainers. He spoke with a British accent and made a comment about recently breaking his foot.

The woman is described as white, around 5ft 2ins tall, with shoulder-length blonde hair. She had a nose piercing and was wearing a green t-shirt, black jeans and white trainers. She had sunglasses on and spoke with a British accent. She was carrying a white shopping bag and a black rucksack.
