Road closures following serious collision near Cirencester

Road closures are in place following a serious collision near Cirencester this morning (Saturday 5 October).

Emergency services were called shortly after 9.15am with a report of a collision involving two vehicles on the A433 Tetbury Road near to the Thames Head Inn.

Closures are in the place on the stretch of road between Cirencester and Tetbury and will remain in place for a number of hours.

Motorists are asked to plan their route in advance and avoid the area while emergency services remain at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the collision but has not yet spoken to police is asked to get in touch with officers.
