Case discontinued against teenage suspect in Owen Dunn murder case

A case made against a 15-year old boy after the death of another teenager in Swindon has been dropped.

It's after 18-year old Owen Dunn was stabbed in December last year.

After a hearing at Bristol Crown Court - it was decided by the CPS that the case against the 15-year old should be discontinued - after he was originally arrested on suspicion of murder.

18-year old Owen Dunn was stabbed and killed in Mazurek Way on the 4th December 2022.

Two other teenage boys - aged 15 and 17 will appear in court on the 7th July.
