Appeal into serious road rage

Anyone with information is urged to contact police

Police are appealing after an incident of road rage in Trowbridge

It happened on Monday evening between 5 and 6.30pm around Leapgate, West Ashton Road, County Way and Green Lane

A black Toyota aygo shunted into a grey estate vehicle driven by a woman in her 40's

Anyone with any information, or anyone who witnessed either car being driven dangerously, is urged to contact police.

The police said in a statement:

We are appealing for witnesses following a road rage incident in Trowbridge yesterday evening (26/08).

The incident has occurred around Leapgate, West Ashton Road, County Way and Green Lane between 5pm and 6.30pm.

The incident involved a victim, a woman in her 40s, driving a grey Estate vehicle being shunted several times by a black Toyota Aygo, suspected to be driven by a male driver.

We are urging anyone with any information in relation to this incident, particularly anybody who witnessed either of these two vehicles being driven in a dangerous manner, to please contact us.
