The route's come top out of every motorway and A road in England
The A303, running through Wiltshire and Hampshire, has been ranked as England's best for driver satisfaction.

The study asked people how happy they were with their last journey on a major road that's managed by National Highways.
The M5 in the South West was named the best motorway, with an 82% satisfaction rate.
Other findings from Transport Focus included:
- 73% of road users were satisfied with their last motorway or major A road journey - up from 69% last year
- 71% per cent of users were satisfied with the time their journey took
- The management of roadworks is the lowest performing area, just 48% of those surveyed satisfied
In response, National Highways said:
"Our roads connect the country with millions of journeys a day. The opinions of drivers matter to us and this independent research helps us further understand how road users feel about our roads.
"We are pleased this research shows that satisfaction has improved as we have been working hard to improve the experience for road users. We will continue to work hard to help every driver have safer and smoother journeys."
