People in West Sussex are being told to be on alert for ice this evening (30 December).

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice from 6pm until 11am tomorrow.

Forecasters are warning there could be "some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths", and "some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces".

There is also a "threat of a little snow falling", according to the Met Office.

But, forecasters have said the majority of places will only see rain.
