Two Sussex Police officers are due in court accused of assaulting a man in Bognor Regis.
It follows an investigation into the incident - which happened while they were on duty on May 29th.
32-year-old Daniel Lott and Daniel Groves, 28, are expected to answer the charge at Brighton Magistrates' Court today.
