Two people racially abused over disabled parking spot in Bexhill

A man and a woman have been racially abused following a dispute over a disabled parking spot in Bexhill.

Two men shouted racist abuse at the victims and made a racial gesture after challenging the pair about parking in a disabled bay in Ravenside Retail Park on Thursday afternoon, December 22.

A 54-year-old man and another man in his 80s have been arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.

Both suspects have been released on conditional bail until March.
