Two arrests after stolen bank cards used to buy items in Bognor

Police had issued CCTV images as part of their investigation

Police have made two arrests in connection with the theft and fraudulent usage of bank cards in Bognor.

Officers issued CCTV images after a purse was reported stolen and several bank cards from it were used in supermarkets and service stations in the Shripney area on January 6th.

The arrests were made in Bognor town centre last Friday (January 28th) after members of the public came forward with information.

Two men - aged 37 and 41 - were arrested on suspicion of theft from a person. They have been released under investigation.
