Teenage boy arrested on suspicion of murdering woman in St Leonards
Police found a body in a property in the town on Wednesday night (January 11th)
Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead in St Leonards.
Officers found the body of a woman in her 50s at a property in Hollington Old Lane after being called there at just after 6pm on Wednesday (December 11th).
Sussex Police said the woman and the boy were known to each other.
He remains in custody and the force is not looking for anyone else.
Police have cordoned off the area, with officer set to remain at the scene for the coming days.
