West Sussex teenager charged with terrorism offences

An 18-year-old man has been charged with terrorism offences

Counter Terrorism Policing South East have confirmed an 18-year-old man from West Sussex has been charged with terrorism offences.

Cameron Finnigan, from Horsham, was arrested at his home address on Tuesday 26 March.

He was then charged last night (2 April) with one count of preparation of terrorist acts, one count of possessing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, and one count of possessing indecent images of a child.

Finnegan has been remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later today (3 April).
