Police investigating after man's body recovered from M23
The southbound carriageway has reopened between Junctions 8 and 9 as Surrey Police continue investigations
Police are investigating after a man's body was recovered from the M23 on Sunday evening.
Surrey Police say it follows a collision between a man and several vehicles.
The southbound carriageway was closed between Junctions 8 and 9 - and has since reopened.
Detectives say they do not currently believe there's any third-party involvement in the incident.
Writing on Facebook, Surrey Police are appealing for information from drivers in the area between 4:45pm and 5pm who may have "unwittingly collided with the man", or saw a man walking on the A25 Bletchingley Road Bridge.
