Pensioner pushed to the ground and robbed in Crawley

The 65-year-old had his wallet taken during the incident

Police in Crawley are appealing for witnesses after a pensioner was pushed to the ground and robbed.

At around 7.15pm on Sunday 7 February, a 65-year-old man was pushed and had his wallet taken from him outside the Co-op Texaco garage in Balcombe Road.

The three suspects have all been described as being younger white males in dark clothes.

They ran away towards Turners Hill Road, getting rid of the wallet after taking some cash.

The pensioner sustained cuts and bruises. Any witnesses are asked to call 101.
