Partial reopening of West Sussex road after landslip
The A29 at Pulborough was shut for almost four months

The road through Pulborough will be partially reopened on Tuesday morning after being closed for almost four months because of a landslip.
The slip happened on 28 December where the A29 is flanked by steep embankments at Church Hill
50 metres of concrete blocks have been installed on both sides of the road to allow a single lane to be opened.
Vehicles will be able to travel in both directions with traffic signals controlling the direction of the flow.
West Sussex County Council said the signals will be manned throughout the day, particularly at peak hours, to minimise queuing traffic.
The authority said it would monitor the embankments to ensure that the road can remain open safely and it was working towards a long term solution for the location.
