Motorcyclist suffers potentially life-changing injuries in Arundel crash

Police closed part of the A284 for much of Thursday (March 18th)

A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with potentially life-changing leg injuries following a collision in Arundel.

Officers were called to London Road at around 11.15am on Thursday (March 18th) following reports of a collision between a Triumph motorcycle and a food delivery van.

Part of the A284 was closed for several hours while emergency teams attended the scene.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his 70s, has been taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
