More than 100 stag and hen parties set to flock to Brighton this weekend
People want to "let their hair down" after two years of Covid
Pubs and bars are hoping to cash in as a large number of stag and hen parties descend on Brighton this weekend.
More than 100 are expected to flock to the city for pre-wedding celebrations.
Party organisers Last Night of Freedom said they are mostly people in their 20s and 30s, desperate to get away after the pandemic.
Francois Monin from karaoke bar Lucky Voice in the city centre, said there was a big reason why Brighton is so popular.
"To be on the seafront instead of staying in the big cities like London and Manchester, and also the weather, especially when it is sunny and warm.
"It's been tough for the last two years, people have been fed up staying indoors or sitting down in a pub with just a maximum group of six people."
