A memorial stone is being unveiled later in memory of a Metropolitan police officer killed whilst on duty.

54-year-old Matt Ratana, from Goring in West Sussex, was shot and killed in Croydon custody centre on the 25th September 2020 by Louis de Zoysa.

At the time, Matt was coming up to retirement after serving the force for 30 years.
