Eleven windows and a glass door were smashed
A man who used a dog chain and bricks to smash a council-owned building in Worthing has been jailed for 14 months.
Gavin Collett caused more than £18-thousand pounds of damage to Portland House in Richmond Road in two separate incidents last February.
In total he smashed 11 windows and a glass door.
The 39-year-old, of no fixed address, had been housed in temporary accommodation at the time and pleaded guilty to the offences.
