Man sought in connection with assault outside Crawley supermarket

A man is being sought in connection with an assault outside a supermarket in Crawley.
A man was seen leaving the Co-op store in Dorsten Square before walking to a blue VW and getting a weapon from the boot around 9.35pm on Thursday, April 13.
He then attacked another man on a bench outside – the victim needed medical attention, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or changing.
Officers are now hoping to identify a man who may be able to assist their investigation.
He is described as being around 25 to 40-years-old, slim and wearing a white tracksuit with white Nike sliders.
