Man convicted of nearly 50 offences in Crawley
A prolific shoplifter has been convicted of 49 offences
A man's been convicted after admitting to carrying out 49 offences following thefts in Crawley.
The court heard how Damien O'Hare of no fixed address took more than 2 thousand pounds worth of goods from a number of stores between March and June.
The stores he impacted were Co-op, Poundland, Boots, Superdrug, Tesco and Marks and Spencer.
He appeared before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on 10 June and pleaded guilty to all charges.
The 48 year-old was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Lewes Crown Court next month.
