Man charged with 20 shoplifting offences in Eastbourne
Police are investigating offences over two months
Police have charged a man with 20 counts of shoplifting linked to businesses across Eastbourne.
It follows investigations into incidents between May 4th and June 20th.
Officers said stores had reported shoplifters entering and taking items from shelves in view of staff, before leaving without paying.
36-year-old Rossi Henderson, of no fixed address, was identified as a suspect, arrested and subsequently charged with 20 counts of shoplifting.
He has been remanded in custody, to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday (24 June).
