Man arrested on suspicion of woman's assault in Bognor Regis
There's an appeal to trace a taxi driver who transported those involved
A man's been arrested om suspicion of assault occasioning ABH, following an incident in Bognor Regis town centre.
Sussex Police say a man and woman, who are known to each other, were involved.
It happened on the High Street at around 11.30pm last Saturday (16th November).
The couple are believed to have left the William Hardwicke pub just before, and travelled home in a taxi afterwards, with their argument continuing.
A 54 year old from Bognor Regis arrested has been bailed on the condition he doesn't contact the woman as investigations are ongoing.
Officers are looking to speak to any witnesses to the incident, and especially want to trace the taxi driver who transported the couple for their account.
