A Littlehampton garden centre is partnering with good causes in West Sussex to spread some festive cheer this Christmas.

Haskins in Roundstone has donated over 45 cuddly bears to the Chestnut Tree House children's hospice and the Lavinia Norfolk Centre, which helps children with learning difficulties at the Angmering School.

Chestnut Tree House will be gifting some of the bears to the children they support at the hospice and will use some as raffle prizes to raise money for the charity.

Haskins has donated more than 400 cuddly bears to schools and charities across the south this festive season, in communities that are local to its centres, which also include Snowhill in Crawley.

Lisa Looker, brand director at Haskins, said:

“For several years now, Haskins has donated hundreds of cuddly bears to different local causes, with the aim of delivering some festive joy and we we’ve worked hard to not break the tradition this year.

“After such a challenging year, we wanted to do something special to help those in our community, who might be having a tough time, feel a little more festive.

“We hope that the children at Lavinia Norfolk School and at Chestnut Tree House will be delighted to receive their cuddly bears and that they have a lovely Christmas.”
