Greatest Hits Radio spoke to Ada, who plays for the under 10s at Lewes FC Juniors, she says: "Years ago not many girls played football, so it's good that they The Lionesses have won loads of trophies and made football really good for girls."

She says her biggest inspiration is Beth Mead, because: "In the euros she scored lots of goals, and when she got her ACL injury I was proud of her for continuing with football.

I've written her lots of things over the past few years, and she once sent me a video."

We also spoke to Ada's coach, Richard Horton, he says models are so important in the women's game: "Seeing people that look like them is really important, and knowing that just because you're a girl, doesn't mean that you have to do things that have traditionally been girly type things.

Richard also spoke about how the girls really emulate the togetherness of the women's side: "I think the culture of girls and women's football is very different to the boys and men's game. There is a lot more camaraderie and solidarity between the girls."

Doors open at 14:30pm at The Rookery 3G. Lewes fc 3g pitch, ham lane, lewes, BN7 2XA.
