Man dies while kitesurfing in West Sussex

A kitesurfer has died after getting into difficulty off a beach in West Sussex.

Sussex Police were called to Bracklesham Bay near Chichester at 1.15pm yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 29th December).

Paramedics from SECAmb also attended, but police said he was declared dead at the scene.

The man’s next of kin have been informed, as has the coroner’s office.
