Identity appeal following theft at Brighton hotel carpark

Building materials worth an estimated £14,000 were taken from a storage unite

A man is being sought by police in Brighton after building materials, thought to be worth £14,000, were stolen from a hotel carpark.

The goods were taken from a secured storage space in the Hilton Brighton Metropole’s upper parking site, in Cannon Place, sometime between the 28th and 30th of December last year.

Officers are following up enquiries about a man seen on CCTV who may be able to assist with their investigation.

He is described as white, approximately 6’ 2”, of large build, and was wearing a dark beanie hat, dark trousers, a grey jumper and a high-vis vest.
