Eastbourne man charged with drug supply offence following traffic stop
A large quantity of cocaine was located inside the vehicle with an estimated street value of £1m.
An Eastbourne man has been charged with possession of class A drugs with intent to supply following a traffic stop on the M40 in Oxfordshire.
At around 11.40am on Wednesday (August 9), a vehicle was stopped on the M40 northbound near Bicester for speeding.
A large quantity of cocaine was located inside the vehicle with an estimated street value of £1m.
Mark O’Shea, aged 40, from Ashford Road, Eastbourne, has been charged with one count of possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
He appeared before Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday (August 10) and has been remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on 8 September.
