Drusillas Park have revealed which animals made it onto Santa's nice list, and which ones can expect a lump of coal this year.

Like all parents, keepers are the Sussex Zoo have been keeping an eye on their furry children's behaviour this year.

All the animals had their cases put forward on social media with the public voting on who the naughtiest animals were this year.

The naughtiest animal was voted to be Shadow the Lemur. Shadow is a pickpocket, often caught going through bags and taking items from visitors to the zoo.

While the nicest animal was voted as Nwela the serval. Nwela was able to make the dream of 100-year-old serval enthusiast Betty come true when the two met earlier this year.

Zoo Animal Manager, Mark Kenwood, said: “The animals we care for at Drusillas really do become our children in a way, so leading up to Christmas we are always telling the cheeky ones that they need to behave or Santa might not visit them!

"But don’t worry, even those on the naughty list will be getting some extra love this Christmas… it’s hard to stay mad for long".
