Driver seriously hurt in A29 crash

The 56-year-old man was taken to hospital with leg injuries

Police are appealing for witnesses to get in touch after a man was seriously injured in a crash on the A29 Stane Street in Slinfold last week.

At around 8.08pm on Thursday 11 March, a silver Nissan Navara and a silver Land Rover Freelander, both travelling southbound, crashed just south of the roundabout junction with the A281.

A 56-year-old local man, who was driving the Nissan, was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries. No other injuries were reported.
