Driver arrested over crash in Brighton
A pedestrian has serious injuries
A 20 year old man was seriously injured in the city early this morning.
Emergency services were called to the A259 Marine Drive, at the junction with Arundel road.
Arriving at the scene just before 3am, they found the man and rushed him to hospital.
The driver, who's a 59 year old man, wasn't injured. He remains in custody.
He was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving.
