Cleaner found not guilty of West Sussex woman's murder

A cleaner has been found not guilty of the murder of a woman whose body was found following a fire at a flat in West Sussex.
Marie Denise Toulsee was pronounced dead at an address in Warren Drive, in the Ifield area of Crawley, on Jul 11th, 2018.
A jury returned its verdict on 57-year-old Louis Harry Navarre, of Blackwater Lane in Crawley, on Wednesday (November 4th) following a five-week trial.
Marie's family have expressed they do not wish to provide a statement.
Detective Inspector Chris Rambour, of the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, said:
"I’d like to thank the jury and all witnesses who provided evidence during this five-week trial.
"We respect the decision of the court, and our thoughts remain with the victim’s family."
